Shipping & FAQs


All orders will take 2-14 days to process and ship. Depending on what items are ordered, you might receive a few tracking numbers to complete your shipment. 

Shipping time in the United States will take 2-3 business days via priority mail. International shipping can take up to 5-20 business days. Once your item ships you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

Please be aware that we have no more information than what is available online through USPS, UPS, FedEX, Ascendia etc. So please track your order via the shipping link sent via email.

Please note that orders are NON REFUNDABLE if your order was unable to be delivered due to "Wrong Address" that was entered on order, " No Recipient at Time of Delivery" or if the order was scanned as "Delivered". If your order has been marked as "Delivered" you must contact your local post office and if need make a claim on the package.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders lost in transit will be replaced. Refunds are not available on lost packages.


We charge a flat shipping rate for all International Shipments. This only covers the postage for the shipment. This does not cover any additional Customs Fees that you might be charged. If tax is due, it is the customers responsibility to pay.
